Condo's!
We offer one to three bedroom condos — 550 sq. ft. — 1000 sq. ft. at The Pines and deluxe two bedroom condos - 960 sq. ft. at The Overlook in Bison Ridge . These units are great for corporate housing, summer vacations, or as an overnight rental. An excellent alternative to staying in a motel / hotel. Some one-bedroom condo's sleep up to 4, some two bedrooms sleep up to 6, some 3-bedrooms sleep up to 8.

Each condo has fully equipped kitchens with microwave, dishwashers, coffee pots, pots and pans, dishes, toaster, iron and ironing boards. Laundry facilities are on site and some units have washers and dryers however, full linen service is included. At The Pines there is a wood burning fireplace in each condo with fire logs for your enjoyment. Optional Services are available with an additional charge.

Each condo has television with cable TV, local phone service w/calling card available for long distance. There is a 3000 ft. recreation room with fireplace, outside deck and gas barbeque. Great for small gatherings! You'll find gorgeous landscaped grounds in the tall ponderosa pines with beautiful ponds and waterfalls in front of the recreation room.

Sunrise Ski resort is only 35 to 45 miles away. Numerous hiking trails that vary in difficulty from moderate to advanced are located nearby. Public and private golf courses in the area. Fish for trout, walleye, and bass in town or choose from the 40 plus lakes and rivers on national forest land. Excellent dining nearby, multiplex movie theater is half-mile away, miniature golf — go carts, bowling, horseback riding are all with-in a short distance.

Cabins & Houses:
We offer two and three bedroom cabins and homes located throughout the Show Low, Lakeside, and Pinetop area. All are beautifully landscaped and sit among tall pines. Relax on a covered deck or indulge yourself in front of a warm romantic fire.

Two and three bedrooms, two bath, cabins and homes — 1150 sq. ft. to 2500 sq. ft. Occupants limited to 4 to 6 people. Fully equipped kitchens, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, pots and pans, and dishes. Everything you need for your gourmet meal! Laundry facilities — washer and dryer, iron and ironing board available for use. However full linen service is included. We also offer dry cleaning pick-up and delivery for a modest fee. Optional Services are available with an additional charge.

All cabins and houses have local phone service w/calling cards available for Long distance. Each have TV's with cable, DVD players, and a no hassle video rental account is ready for you to use! Some have Internet access. Locations near Torreon, Show Low Country Club, Fools Hollow Lake, and Woodland Lake. All within driving distance to excellent dining, Skiing at Sunrise, public and private golf courses, fishing, hiking, Multiplex movie theater, miniature golf - go carts, bowling, mountain bike riding, and horseback riding.
